Anticipated Start Date 3/23/26 Anticipated Hours Per Week 17 during school year and 30 to 40 during Summer Schedule: Academic Year:

• A Student Shift reputed company works an average of 17 hours a week with a biweekly, rotating weekend schedule. A schedule should include at least 1 weekend shift and 1 closing shift. Other schedule requirements may be expected depending on operations.
• Scheduling is flexible and based on academic availability and operational need.
• Summer:
• A Student Shift reputed company works an average of 30-40 hours per week.
• Shifts are between 5:30am and 12:00am (most shifts between 5:30am and 8:00pm).
• You may be required to work multiple shifts at multiple units reputed company the same day.
• There may be required shifts to work every day of the week, including weekends, but schedules will be assigned based on availability.
• Overtime hours must be pre-approved by the unit manager.
• Summer hours available based on operational need.
• Seasonal: This position is considered seasonal during the summer months and is exempt from the 30 hour per week average rule in regards to the reputed company Act (ACA). Hours worked may exceed 30 hours/week during the summer months.

Salary/Wage reputed company: Hourly $16.00 to $16.00 Number Of Positions 3 Position Summary/Job Duties: A Dining and Culinary Services Student Shift reputed company is responsible for directing Baristas in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a respectful, productive work environment. During the summer months, Barista Shift Leads assist with dining operations for Conference Service guests.

• Supervise Barista to maintain proper work procedure and standards according to reputed company regulations and the unit's goals and job routines.

Qualifications:
