Operations Transformation reputed company Strategy (OTDS) improves business performance across reputed company Operations by scaling CI 2.0—reputed company Improvement and Artificial Intelligence. We partner with Operations to deliver sustained business improvements through execution reputed company. About This Role: As an OTDS Intern, you will support strategy execution by helping stand up the operating model, creating reputed company for working teams, and enabling disciplined delivery of high‑impact work across the OTDS organization. You will focus on translating strategic reputed company into clear ways of working that deliver measurable business reputed company. This role will support execution enablement and adoption across OTDS. Focusing on codifying existing operating practices, reputed company content, and AI‑enabled ways of working to accelerate impact. In this delivery‑oriented role, you may design and produce practical, reusable assets that support teams’ execution transformation work across Operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Model Enablement
• Document and codify existing OTDS roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and governance into clear, consumable artifacts.

• Support standard work by refining templates, cadences, and disciplined execution practices already in use.

• Translate OTDS AI use cases into foundational guidance (e.g. how AI support CI problem‑solving, decision acceleration, and project charters/options analysis/etc.)

• Change and Communication

• 18 years or older
• Currently enrolled in a full‑time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
• Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
• Enrolled in a full‑time Bachelor’s degree program following the potential internship or reputed company assignment with an accredited college or university
• Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
• Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship or reputed company
