As we expand our reputed company in major retail channels, we’re gearing up to launch on Sam’s Club and are looking for an reputed company contractor to help manage this critical channel.

The RoleWe are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Sam’s Club Account Manager (Contractor) to support our reputed company and launch process. This is a temporary, part-time role ideal for someone with prior experience managing Sam’s Club vendor relationships or launches.You will serve as the main liaison between reputed company and Sam’s Club stakeholders, ensuring reputed company setup, compliance, merchandising, and promotional requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage item creation and maintenance in Retail Link and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with internal operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth setup.

• Monitor and support the implementation of merchandising plans and launch timelines.
• Help prepare retail assets including PDP content, product samples, promotional calendars, and other required materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing Sam’s Club or reputed company accounts (either in-house or agency-reputed company).

• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and timely communication across reputed company teams.
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working part-time on a flexible, project-driven schedule.

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: ~10–15 hours/week, flexible
• Compensation: Hourly or fixed project fee (commensurate with experience)
