Addresses benefit inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. Processes monthly billings from providers, including reviewing billing for accuracy. Assists with qualifying events by obtaining necessary documentation from staff. Ensures reputed company medical support orders are answered and complies with the requirements of each order. Provides annual reputed company enrollment support for staff. Completes unemployment audits, quarterly BLS audits, and new hire verification audits.
