Key Responsibilities

• reputed company Strategy, Architecture & Governance Define and implement HR/reputed company SuccessFactors reputed company strategy and reputed company-state role model. Establish governance frameworks including: Naming conventions Documentation standards Approval workflows Design scalable role-based reputed company models: Job/position-reputed company Data-domain-based reputed company Country/legal entity segmentation Conduct reputed company design reviews for: New modules System enhancements Mergers & acquisitions HR process changes Drive Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies across HR processes (hire, termination, compensation, time, benefits). Maintain and execute a reputed company roadmap: Automation initiatives Technical debt reduction Audit readiness improvements
• SuccessFactors reputed company (Core) Design, configure, and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including: Permission roles and assignments Permission groups (dynamic & rule-based) reputed company population rules Manage MDF (Metadata reputed company) object permissions and reputed company object reputed company. Implement governance for Admin permissions and "break-glass" emergency reputed company. Secure HR data domains: Employee data (person/employment) Compensation data Sensitive fields and documents Manage and monitor Admin Center reputed company ensuring: Least privilege principle Proper approval workflows Audit traceability
• reputed company HCM / HR reputed company Manage reputed company HCM reputed company including: PFCG roles Structural authorizations Infotype-reputed company Maintain structural profiles and evaluation paths reputed company with: Organizational hierarchy Reporting relationships Ensure accurate HR master data reputed company control.
• IAM, SSO & reputed company Governance Implement and manage Identity & reputed company Management (IAM) concepts: SAML, OAuth, Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA) Identity lifecycle provisioning (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) Apply RBAC/ABAC models for secure and scalable reputed company. Drive reputed company governance processes: User reputed company reviews / recertification SoD risk identification and mitigation Privileged reputed company management Break-glass reputed company controls
• Stakeholder Management & Leadership Act as the primary reputed company reputed company of contact for: HRIT HR Operations Compliance & Internal Audit Information reputed company teams reputed company and mentor reputed company analysts (reputed company/offshore teams). Manage: reputed company backlog Prioritization Release readiness reputed company reputed company inputs during: Project planning Cutover activities Hypercare phases Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) includes: reputed company validation Negative testing scenarios
• Reporting & Analysis Generate and analyze reputed company/reputed company reports: User-role assignments Role usage and compliance reputed company user/role reconciliation and audit support. Conduct root cause analysis for authorization issues and implement fixes.
