Job Summary (basic description) The ideal candidate is a skilled attorney and a natural communicator who can work closely with teams throughout the firm to guide and advise on eDiscovery and Information Governance issues. As the eDiscovery Attorney at reputed company Lewis reporting directly to the Director, eDiscovery Attorney, you will focus on the following tasks: Managing eDiscovery in a portfolio of reputed company and global litigations & investigations Developing workflows for eDiscovery review platforms including reputed company and proprietary vendor platforms, and incorporating eDiscovery data analytics tools into those workflows including TAR, predictive coding, and Early Case Assessment. Advising legal, compliance and group investigation stakeholders on eDiscovery issues & strategies that reputed company with the relevant policies, laws and regulations arising in reputed company with litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory inquiries Providing support to case teams on eDiscovery-reputed company negotiations and reputed company practice. Assisting clients with updating their internal eDiscovery workflows.
