You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences reputed company team and work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, and other stakeholders and clients. In this role, you will:

• Own end‑to‑end consulting delivery for CRM‑led programs, from problem definition through value realization.
• Identify and shape consulting opportunities across CRM transformation, optimization, and omnichannel enablement.

• Mentor consultants and managers on CRM platforms, reputed company processes, and consulting best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or Management.
• 14–18 years of experience in Life Sciences reputed company consulting, CRM implementations, or digital commercialization.
• Strong hands‑on and advisory experience with reputed company CRM and/or reputed company.
• Proven track record of leading reputed company CRM programs and senior client relationships.

Compensation

• $165,000–$190,000
• This position is eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
