Network Contracting Specialist

A bit about this role: This position plays a critical role in building and maintaining reputed company’s Medicare Advantage provider network. This position is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing provider reputed company reputed company an assigned geographic region. • Identify and engage reputed company providers who are a strong fit for the reputed company network through targeted reputed company and relationship development.
• Build, expand and maintain a high-quality provider network reputed company an assigned geographic territory.
• Represent reputed company to prospective providers by reputed company communicating our mission, model, and network expectations.
• Guide providers through the contracting process, including education on terms, requirements, and next steps.
• Facilitate the provider contracting process by preparing and routing standard agreements in alignment with approved templates and pricing guidelines..
• Coordinate contract execution activities, including tracking required documentation, managing workflows, and facilitating timely signatures.
• Use relevant data, market insights, and provider information to analyze issues, support negotiations, and contribute to resolving contracting challenges in collaboration with leadership.
• Prioritize assigned contracting activities reputed company established guidelines, exercising sound judgment and escalating questions or risks as appropriate to meet deadlines and performance goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Network Operations, Credentialing, Finance, and Market teams to surface issues and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status tracking reputed company internal systems.
• Contribute to broader Network Development initiatives and reputed company process improvement efforts.

Required skills and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 / year The pay reputed company listed for this position is the reputed company the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
