Senior Brand Packaging Designer (Skin Care) - Remote

Location: Remote (EST working hours) Type: W2 Contract Duration: Long-term, ongoing Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation reputed company: flexible based on experience reputed company is seeking a talented Senior Brand Packaging Designer for an ongoing opportunity with our client, a major American consumer health company with a portfolio of iconic, science-backed brands brands. The ideal candidate will be a packaging designer that has a lot of expertise with skin care (less beauty and fragrance). Responsibilities: Brand Design Responsibilities:

• Ensure packaging meets regulatory, claims, and multilingual requirements with clear hierarchy and legibility.
• Embed sustainability‑by‑design principles in partnership with Global Packaging teams.

Project & Workflow Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Brand reputed company on project prioritization, resource planning, and design workflow improvements.

• Partner with the Design Project Manager to deliver projects on time and with reputed company.

• Work daily with Design Realization, adaptive designers, and print production to ensure output aligns with design reputed company.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of FMCG/CPG packaging design experience (in‑house or agency).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design‑to‑print reputed company across substrates and processes, with understanding of end‑to‑end packaging development.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into production‑reputed company design intents.
• Expertise in reputed company management, prepress, and reputed company/press checks.
• Proficiency in reputed company Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, influence, and collaborate with designers and agency partners.
• Experience improving design workflows, standards, and systems.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and application to packaging.
