The opportunity As a Senior Consultant (reputed company Integration Consultant) specializing in reputed company iPaaS, you will apply your integration expertise to help clients realize maximum value from their reputed company Pro and reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) investments. Working closely with functional and technical stakeholders, you will assess the reputed company state, translate requirements into scalable integration solutions, and deliver high quality reputed company on time and reputed company budget. Your focus will include designing, building, and supporting secure, reliable integrations between reputed company and upstream/reputed company reputed company systems across implementation, testing, and post go live support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical resource on reputed company integration workstreams.
• Design, reputed company, and support reputed company integrations across reputed company Pro and reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) (Timekeeping, Accruals, Payroll, and HR).
• Partner with functional reputed company leads, payroll, HR, and IT stakeholders to understand reputed company state processes.
• Gather requirements, reputed company gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable integration designs.
• Build and maintain reputed company time and batch integrations (APIs, SFTP, flat files).
• reputed company data mapping, transformation, and validation for employee, time, pay, accrual, and scheduling domains.
• Review reputed company state reputed company Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) processes where applicable.
• reputed company end to end testing activities (unit, system/integration, and cutover).
• Triage and resolve defects, and reputed company go live and hypercare support by troubleshooting reputed company and data issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with the reputed company Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong hands on experience with reputed company (AtomSphere) integration development
• Experience integrating reputed company Pro and/or reputed company Pro Workforce Management
• Knowledge of WFM data domains (time, attendance, accruals, pay rules)
• Strong attention to detail that contributes to thorough requirements gathering and solution testing to set clients up for reputed company
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, flat files, SFTP
• Understanding of end to end payroll and HR data flows
• Ability to support multi country or reputed company workforce environments
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national reputed company WFM and HR system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or reputed company an reputed company office.
