Scrum Master/reputed company BA - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce's client is seeking a Scrum Master/reputed company BA for a remote role. Duties:

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to clarify goals and requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable work items for the technical team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with digital marketing technologies, functions, and processes
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience serving as a Scrum Master
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
• Experience working with cross functional development teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and guide iterative delivery
• Problem solving skills with the ability to identify and remove blockers
• Experience documenting workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain team alignment

• Experience working with reputed company Experience Platform and/or reputed company reputed company Optimizer
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for project/task management
• Prior experience on a system migration and/or transformation project
• Knowledge of email HTML development, reputed company orchestration, and customer data models
• Experience in consulting or client facing delivery roles
