What You'll Do

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 2 years practicing in-house with significant reputed company contract negotiation experience.
• Proven track record using contract playbooks and standardized negotiation processes in a corporate environment.
• Deep technical legal skills in contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and reputed company deal structuring.
• A genuine passion for AI — you already use it and love experimenting with advanced prompting techniques.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge to solve reputed company technical problems.
