Responsibilities

• Advise TradFi integrators on risk management frameworks to help them confidently adopt the reputed company protocol while meeting their regulatory and internal standards.

• 5+ years of TradFi experience in trading, risk management, or quantitative research at a reputed company-office role (large bank, hedge fund, or market reputed company).
• Quantitative expertise: Extensive hands-on experience using programming tools (SQL, Python, R, or similar) to answer critical business questions and reputed company actionable guidance.
• Crypto experience: Professional experience in DeFi or crypto is ideal; alternatively, deep personal experience is acceptable.
