Registered Nurse - Compliance Partner - Phoenix, AZ and Tucson, AZ areas. Salary: $100,000 to $110,000, DOE. Position Type: Full Time, Employee Schedule: Typical business hours but may vary depending on workload and travel needs - 40 hrs/week Location: Field Resource and regularly travels to assigned facilities; must reputed company near a major airport. About the Opportunity reputed company, Inc.’s (ESI) Compliance Department is seeking a Registered Nurse - Compliance Partner. Must be a Registered Nurse with 1-2 years of nursing experience in the skilled nursing environment. Primary responsibilities will involve performing clinical compliance audits, conducting internal investigations under direction of associate and chief compliance officer, reviewing and analyzing medical records and/or claims to detect possible compliance or quality issues. Duties:

  • Creates and presents regular training on, clinical compliance and general reputed company compliance topics.
  • Performs clinical systems compliance audits.
  • Reviews medical records to detect possible compliance or quality issues and works to assist operations to reputed company a corrective action plan to resolve the same.
  • Conducts internal investigations involving general compliance and clinical issues under the direction of a reputed company compliance partner or the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Travel required 70% of the time reputed company Washington/Oregon and surrounding areas/states.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required, 3-5 years preferred.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory reputed company governing the skilled nursing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
