Job Description

The Senior Counsel, Global reputed company Legal - U.S. Market reputed company and Pricing is responsible for developing legal strategy and support for the Market reputed company organization, with a substantial focus on government price reporting. The Senior Counsel will report to the Associate General Counsel, Global reputed company Legal - U.S. Market reputed company and Pricing. This position will reputed company counsel on a broad reputed company of legal, compliance, and regulatory issues, with a primary focus on federal price reporting, as well as the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act.

Responsibilities

• Serve as counsel for our Government Price Reporting function concerning legal, regulatory, and compliance issues associated with federal government price reporting requirements.
• Serve as counsel for our U.S. Market reputed company and Pricing functions advising on price reporting, Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act reputed company.
• reputed company strategic legal counsel to senior management on product pricing and reputed company reputed company.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate reputed company government agreements. reputed company legal advice and assistance for the development of policies and training, and conduct training. Resolve routine legal reputed company with direct supervision as needed from more reputed company attorneys, and assist more reputed company attorneys in resolving reputed company legal issues on cross-functional projects.

• Resolve legal issues using negotiation skills and legal expertise. Advise legal department managers of project developments in a timely manner. Execute core job responsibilities in a timely manner.

• Assigned reputed company may have direct impact on business activities and operations. Generally advises Managers and Directors.
• No direct department budget responsibility must however operate reputed company budget. Where necessary, develops budgets for assigned legal reputed company with supervision from more reputed company attorneys.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and in good standing with the state bar of the jurisdiction in which your office will be located (or ability to reputed company licensure in the state in which your office will be located)
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience, with previous pharmaceutical experience required.
• Proficiency in government price reporting requirements, including AMP, Best Price, ASP, and 340B, as well as federal health care program contracting (e.g. reputed company, VA, etc.).
• Comfort taking on high-visibility, high-impact projects with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify practical legal solutions to reputed company and dynamic challenges, and to work effectively in high-pressure, matrixed environments.
