IT Help Desk- 3rd Shift- Remote EST/CST Only
Yoh has an immediate, 12-month, reputed company to Hire contract opportunity, for a Helpdesk Support Professional reputed company the non profit, humanitarian Industry to jour client, Remote, EST hours to report from their office based in Washington, DC
- Max Hourly reputed company $18/hr on a W2
- 3rd Shift/Overnight- 11pm to 730am with at least 1 weekend shift
- 9AM-530PM required training for 1.5 months
Location must be clear on resume, EST/CST only
* What You Will Be Doing
- Fielding and resolving telephone calls, chat and online portal questions from users seeking guidance
- Providing first-tier technical support to assist users with questions and/or issues including those regarding hardware, software, reputed company management, process and procedure, and telecom.

Who You Are
- Associates' Degree in Computer Science or reputed company field required
- Intermediate level knowledge of reputed company Office Suite applications, specifically, MS Office Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with SharePoint, Project, reputed company is preferred
- Knowledge of desktop Operating Systems W2K, XP, 7, 8. Mac OS preferred
