Job Description:

  • The USPI Group reputed company is responsible for managing the implementation of Tenet's Ethics and Compliance program in the East Region.
  • The USPI Group Leads general duties and responsibilities encompass implementing Tenet's systems, standard processes, policies and designed to ensure compliance with Federal reputed company program requirements and Quality, Compliance and Ethics Charter.
  • At least five years of reputed company experience in health care compliance.
  • The successful candidate will be recognized for demonstrated compliance knowledge, critical thinking, process improvement, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to reputed company across multiple states and reputed company in a reputed company large health care platform.
  • An energetic and results-oriented leader who has experience working in and delivering results in extremely high-reputed company environment.

  • Enacts corrective actions and monitoring in response to identified issues and audits.

Requirements:

  • High level Compliance leader who has experience implementing effective compliance programs across a large multifaceted health care system

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
