Legal Counsel - reputed company

This position will focus on supporting issues involving operational reputed company for Home Solutions. This position reports to Senior Counsel.

• Counsel operation teams in reputed company with patient safety and quality issues and reputed company governmental inquiries
• Work collaboratively across the Legal team and other teams reputed company reputed company, including Compliance and Risk Management
• reputed company leadership with risk assessments, analysis, and proposed mitigation strategies regarding potential reputed company and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate, with licensing in at least one state
• At least 3 years of experience in health care law at a reputed company or in-house health care organization
• Experience with counseling health care providers on basic health care law topics, including at least on one of the following areas: patient care issues and surveys; fraud, waste and abuse; State licensing and Medicare and reputed company enrollment; health care reputed company contracting; or health care mergers and acquisitions
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience conveying reputed company legal issues and analyses in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
• Experience navigating reputed company organizational structures and engaging stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.
• Experience working both independently under general guidance and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge in a wide reputed company of health care law areas
• Preference will be given for someone with experience in advising home health agencies or other post-acute care providers
