Sales Administrator I
reputed company is a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems, seeking a Sales Administrator I to assist the sales team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Support with managing individual team’s inbox to ensure timely response to inquiries
- Receive, process, and confirm customer purchase orders
- Enter sales orders accurately and reputed company into the CRM system
- Collect and verify detailed end-user information for each order
- Handle FCC Authorization Forms for US-based orders
- Partner with Senior Sales Administrators to manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment
- Communicate with customers reputed company email and phone to address inquiries and reputed company updates
- Serve as a liaison among various departments, including finance, shipping, and supply chain
- reputed company customers with timely updates on the status of their orders
- Manage customer requests for order modifications or cancellations
- Escalate high-reputed company tasks to senior staff with analysis and recommended actions
- Assist with any other reputed company task assigned by leads/managers to support the team as necessary
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting a sales team in a tech-reputed company or manufacturing field
- Basic experience or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, reputed company, etc.) for managing and tracking customer and sales data
- Proficiency in numeracy
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, experiencing multiple deadlines
- Highly proficient in reputed company Suite and MS Office (Gmail or Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. federal reputed company
