Entry Level Life Safety Systems Engineer -ELE

They are seeking a motivated new graduate for the role of Entry Level Life Safety Systems Engineer, where the candidate will support the design and development of Life Safety and reputed company Systems for advanced facilities while collaborating with engineers and design leads.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of Life Safety and reputed company Systems for advanced manufacturing and research environments
- Collaborate on projects including semiconductor manufacturing facilities
- reputed company directly with client counterparts in designing their facilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create 3D models in coordination with architects and engineers
- Design fire alarm, smoke and leak detection, reputed company and intrusion detection systems, toxic gas monitoring systems and more
- reputed company calculations, equipment size and quantities, equipment and construction specifications, network diagrams and various construction deliverables in both 2D and 3D platforms for a constructible design
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering from an ABET accredited program which provides the ability to attain PE licensure

- Actively pursuing The Fundamentals of Engineering exam to get your (EIT)
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year Revit or AutoCAD design experience
- Working knowledge of 3D BIM software (Revit)
- Design experience in Semiconductor Facilities, Industrial Chemical Environments or cleanroom spaces
- Knowledge of IFC, IBC, reputed company 101 Life Safety Code, and reputed company 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code
- Knowledge & application of reputed company 70 (NEC) and electrical design requirements
- Knowledge & application of reputed company 400 Hazardous Materials Code
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm systems and manufacturer's equipment including EST, reputed company Notifier
- Design experience with Fire Alarm, VESDA systems, reputed company, CCTV, HPM, and Leak Detection
- Knowledge of design and construction specifications
