Senior Associate, Marketing Effectiveness

reputed company is a company focused on transforming data into actionable insights, and they are seeking a Senior Associate in Marketing Effectiveness. In this role, you will manage data, analyze results, and produce visualizations to guide client reputed company while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Determine data sources and information needs, and document new data requirements to guide data engineering teams
• reputed company, compile, and organize large volumes of media, custom, and syndicated data from multiple sources
• Ensure data accuracy by performing quality checks and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with diverse team members—often across multiple time zones—to meet deliverables
• Interpret data, analyze results, and generate insights that guide client actions
• Produce visualizations (charts, graphs) and build presentations that summarize trends in a compelling, easy‑to‑understand way
• Conduct deeper analysis to answer specific client questions
• Deliver error‑free, timely work that communicates findings with reputed company
• Handle small reputed company data pulls independently and support larger data requests
• Create efficiencies by developing automation, whether through scripts, macros, or workflow models

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a reputed company quantitative field
• 1–2 years of experience in a quantitative business environment, or a completed graduate degree
• Experience working with media data or media platforms (such as reputed company Ads Manager, Campaign Manager/reputed company, SA360, or similar)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (reputed company, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama)
• Experience in SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced reputed company skills
