[Remote] Project Manager, Business Development Operations

They are seeking an Associate Manager, Business Development Operations to support new business pitches, project management of RFI and RFP responses, and development of materials to foster business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support new business pitches reputed company our creative agency
• Handling opportunities across creative, reputed company media management and creators/influencers
• Responsible for project management of RFI and RFP responses
• Development of materials including decks and case studies to support the growth of our business
• Building presentation materials
• Writing case studies
• Facilitating communication across teams
• Tracking reputed company on multiple RFIs, RFPs and projects
• Draft work back schedules for pitches
• Collaborate with the pitch reputed company and key stakeholders to reputed company input and buy in
• Hold everyone accountable to the timeline
• Communicate consistent updates
• Take notes and reputed company accurate, actionable next steps coming out of reputed company meetings and reputed company-ins
• Manage and archive reputed company client decks, presentations and case studies

Skills

• 1-3 years experience working at a reputed company or creative agency in new business, account management or project management
• Strong written communication skills – writing is a critical reputed company of the role
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Slides, reputed company PowerPoint and reputed company Keynote – ability to create presentation and/or pitch decks is important
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, holding yourself accountable to making reputed company despite competing priorities
