This role focuses on improving client utilization, retention, and overall satisfaction by engaging clients and collaborating with various teams to maximize business value.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients to support and drive adoption and usage of specific products and features reputed company the reputed company solution, ensuring maximum business benefits for the client
- Partner with client executives and key business leaders
- Collaborate with reputed company teams, including Business Development, Support, Product Management, Client Services and Sales to address customer issues
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert and product Super User for the existing client reputed company, implement new add on features and products
- Ensure overall satisfaction and engagement for reputed company's clients
- Proactively address client risks based on product usage trends and key performance indicators
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience generating opportunities and/or upselling to book of business
- Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and reputed company custom solutions
- Superior leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal, presentation, meeting facilitation, and telephone skills
- Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
- The role may require up to 50% travel following reputed company the reputed company health and safety guidelines
