Collections Support Specialist (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Collections Support Specialist I to facilitate the team's ability to protect and collect on portfolios, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and reputed company across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily email case queue, ensuring timely assignment and resolution reputed company 24–48 hours to meet service standards

• Process and audit legal fees, defaults, wires, and write-offs, ensuring accurate system entry and transparent reporting

Skills

• 1–3 years of administrative experience and reputed company experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
