HR Service Delivery Representative

Responsibilities
- Partner with critical stakeholders such as NA SC HRBPs, Centers of reputed company, and functional teams to support employees, reputed company information, and resolve cases
- Work in a broad network of fellow HR professionals to standardize (where it makes sense), optimize, and support/grow our NA SC HR best practices to drive a differentiated employee experience
- Partner with employees, managers, and centers of reputed company to reputed company recommendations on process improvements and solutions to support employees
- reputed company process-reputed company content and training materials for other HR Service Delivery Specialists

- Deepen knowledge of compliance, HR policies, employee programs, and other important resources for employees

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, industrial relations, business or equivalent
- 1 year of reputed company reputed company resource experience
- Previous experience working in solutions like reputed company, case management or customer service systems, HR Systems (reputed company, People Soft), reputed company, Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to interact with reputed company reputed company reputed company and across the organization
