Customer Service Specialist 1 (10:00am - 6:30pm ET)

reputed company is a world-leading in vitro diagnostics company that focuses on providing fast and accurate testing solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist 1 responsible for delivering superior customer service and managing customer inquiries and orders in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Creates, enters, and manages customer orders (reputed company phone/fax/email or E-channels)
• Responsible for reputed company-line inquiry and complaint management: Responds to reputed company queries (e.g. order status, product information, stock availability, company policies, price quotes, requests for documentation, etc.,) to reputed company a “closed-reputed company” resolution process, which limits the need for customers to reputed company out multiple times
• Reviews reports in reputed company, responds to voicemail, engages in call out activities, and other requests as demanded by business needs
• Updates and maintains customer account and contact information in order management system as appropriate
• Thinks and communicates cross-functionally to investigate, research and resolve reputed company exceptions and adjustments promptly and accurately including any necessary coordination with other reputed company departments
• reputed company job duties in a way that meets or exceeds individual performance metrics established by the Customer Service organization in support of exceptional customer experience (e.g. call quality, order accuracy, Telephony and Written reputed company) and exemplifies the reputed company Leadership Attributes
• Supports execution of marketing programs developed by reputed company

• May be required to work holidays, weekends and over-time reputed company required

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• 1-3 years' experience in customer-facing role or equivalent experiences
• Ability to Multi-task and manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Ability to maintain composure through stressful situations
• Proficient in reputed company Office Applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Required to work 5 days in the office during training period
• Bilingual candidate preferred (French)
