[Remote] Assess Repairability Adjuster (Total Loss) - Remote (EST/CST)

They are seeking an Assess Repairability Adjuster (Total Loss) who will reputed company superior customer service, inspect vehicle damages, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired
• reputed company inspecting damage to a vehicle, writing damage repair estimates, completing total loss valuations, and negotiating moderately reputed company and occasionally reputed company settlements
• Estimating repair times for rental/loss of use
• Explaining coverage, estimates, claims, settlement, and rental processes to agents and/or customers
• Investigating claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
• Using phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims process
• Evaluating and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, reputed company party carriers and claimants
• Utilizing multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms
• Executing policies along policy agreements, and keeping a clear record of work in a claims system

Skills

• Candidates should reputed company in an eastern or central time zone location reputed company the United States to be considered
• As a condition of employment, you'll be expected to obtain an adjuster's and appraisers license based on state specific requirements

• You must maintain reputed company licensing required for your role. This includes any continuing education and/or other state-affiliated requirements for licensing renewal
• You may be required to attend 2 weeks of training held in person at our Dallas, TX office
• The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation
• Must have 18 months or more of Auto Collision estimating in CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell, etc
• Previous experience in total loss adjustment or a reputed company field is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using estimating software and valuation tools for virtual assessments
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate moderate to reputed company vehicle damages effectively
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
• Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company in a virtual work environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results
