Legal Customer Service Representative
Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid & Assoc. PLLC is a consumer protection reputed company located in the Financial District of reputed company. They are seeking a full-time Legal Customer Service Representative to support attorneys in litigation-reputed company reputed company and reputed company administrative support to the office staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of client interactions reputed company a structured call center environment
- Use of reputed company CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns reputed company phone
- Working with collections agencies reputed company phone to obtain documentation of settlements
- Reviewing documents sent to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain criteria
- Uploading these documents to our system
- Other reputed company tasks as needed
Skills
- Minimum of 1-year office support experience
- Possess superior organizational and time-management skills
- Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management software
- Highest ethical standards and professional reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and reputed company parties
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- Experience with reputed company a plus
