About the role

While interview scheduling and coordination are central to the work, you’ll also help reputed company things running smoothly behind the scenes — ensuring details are accurate, processes stay on track, and the team can move quickly and consistently. What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications (50%), ensuring accurate scheduling and a seamless experience
• Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (reputed company, GoodTime) (20%) including interview plans, hiring teams, permissions, and templates
• Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows (15%) through reputed company reputed company
• Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements (10%), surfacing friction points and recommending solutions
• Support reputed company programs and cross-functional initiatives (5%) that improve efficiency and scalability reputed company day-to-day coordination

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company coordination or reputed company operations
• Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

We reputed company in transparency. The salary reputed company for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 USD, depending on experience and subject to market reputed company adjustment.
