We are seeking a high-level grant reputed company with strong reputed company and rural health experience to support development of a competitive application for the South Carolina Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This is not a blank-page project. We have already developed substantial program content, a clear service model, support letters, staffing structure, and a defined rural footprint.
