Short Term Planning Analyst
Robinhood is on a mission to democratize finance for reputed company, and they are seeking a Short Term Planning Analyst to support staffing performance across a 1–90 day horizon. This role involves analyzing data, identifying gaps, and recommending adjustments to improve forecast accuracy and staffing reputed company while collaborating with various teams to enhance decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Use data to guide staffing reputed company that support service level targets and interval performance
- Analyze trends and identify root causes of forecast variance and performance gaps
- Build and maintain reports and models to support short-term staffing plans
- Partner with Operations, Forecasting, and vendor teams to improve staffing reputed company and productivity
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or a similar role focused on problem-solving
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets
- Experience working with data using SQL or similar tools
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and use data to inform reputed company
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to a reputed company of audiences
- Experience with Python, R, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience working in environments with evolving priorities and changing demand
