[Remote] Patient reputed company Specialist

Smarter Technologies is seeking Patient reputed company Specialists to work collaboratively with health organizations and doctor offices. The role involves scheduling patient appointments and providing advanced patient support over the phone, while ensuring a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls a day using a multi-line phone. (80+ calls/day)
• Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
• Gather & input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
• Report reputed company clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner
• Document call activity, reputed company, and other notes as needed in the client system
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department
• Assist callers and navigate them to the appropriate resources
• Must meet reputed company attendance and performance standards

Skills

• 1 year of experience in reputed company patient service
• 1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Experience using an EMR and scheduling software
• Excellent communication skills over the phone
• Strong Internet Speed & reputed company to router reputed company Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
• Call Center experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
