Inside Sales Representative (Call Center)
Champion reputed company & Home Exteriors is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join their Customer Care Team in Twinsburg, Ohio. The role involves assisting customers in scheduling design consultations and providing exceptional customer service during calls.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from our customers, uncover their needs and schedule a design consultation with one of our product experts or direct them to the appropriate department

- Accurate entry of customer’s information into our database to set each appointment
