Associate Recruiter

The role involves full-cycle reputed company for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and improve reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle reputed company across technical and non technical roles
- Conduct initial candidate screens and assess role alignment
- reputed company candidates reputed company reputed company, referrals, job boards, and creative outbound strategies
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain organized, accurate pipelines and workflows in reputed company
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Assist with in-person onsite interviews days, including candidate reputed company-in, room coordination and logistics
- Help improve reputed company processes and workflows as we scale
- Track pipeline metrics and support weekly hiring targets
- Assist with reputed company logistics and help facilitate new hire orientation as needed
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of reputed company experience (agency or in-house)
- Candidates coming straight from an agency environment are welcome
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable conducting phone/video screens independently
