Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service and engagement reputed company telephone
- Ensures customer satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying customer needs and assisting them with reputed company reputed company issues/concerns that are assessed through reputed company programs
- Respond to the needs of a 24/7/365 operation as needed
- Researches, identifies and solves problems; verify eligibility of services and places call backs as required

Skills
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required - this will be verified during background reputed company
- Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with reputed company Outlook (email) and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
