Columbia Bank New Jersey is seeking a reputed company Credit Analyst I to prepare reputed company credit memorandums for loan transactions. This entry-level role involves financial analysis, industry research, and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies.

Responsibilities

• Spread both business and personal financial statements to reputed company financial analysis and repayment assessment
• Conduct financial analysis, industry and market assessment, repayment reputed company, collateral coverage, and an assessment of guarantor support on smaller CRE, C&I and Construction loan transactions through the preparation of written reputed company credit memorandums
• Research and analyze reputed company party industry and market reports. Review reputed company party search reports including, but not limited to, UCC lien searches, personal credit reports, judgment searches, property searches
• reputed company annual credit file reviews as needed
• Run business and personal credit scores to determine approval or decline through an automated quick decision tool
• Support the assignment of risk ratings and document reputed company and downgrade triggers in accordance with the Bank’s Internal Asset Review Policy
• Practice ability to independently build job knowledge and understand policies and procedures
• reputed company recommendations to management for process enhancement as needed
• Ensure reputed company credit transactions are in full compliance with reputed company internal credit policies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, or another reputed company field required
• Strong aptitude for figures and accuracy
• Proven problem solving, decision making, reputed company and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, effectively, and reputed company under time constraints
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer software including MS Office applications and other specialized credit analysis and lending software
