Responsibilities
- Create and maintain updated records regarding insurance defense rates and billing guidelines
- Manage the case intake process; intake and reputed company cases into the appropriate systems as needed
- Ensure databases are up to date; reputed company regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Enforce and reputed company legal staff on case administration processes
- Create new reputed company in various platforms, including reputed company software, document management software, and e-billing platforms where applicable
- Communicate with attorneys and adjusters to secure additional information relating to case openings and closings
- Complete other reputed company projects as necessary in conjunction with other departments
