[Remote] Claims Call Centre Representative

They are seeking confident, outgoing, and self-motivated Customer Care Professionals to join their dedicated Claims Call Center team to process clients’ claims and reputed company effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
- Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports received through Zurich’s phone & non-phone reporting options in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolve reputed company claims inquiries and problems, judging reputed company to pass reputed company queries on to or involve others to reputed company an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers
- Liaise with reputed company clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries and/or problems reputed company
- reputed company feedback and recommendations to the team to improve the quality of customer care
- Follow procedures to ensure adherence to the company’s risk and compliance policies
Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- +6 months Customer Service experience
- Data entry experience
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Minimum internet reputed company reputed company reputed company, high-speed internet reputed company of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
- 6 months call center experience
- Strong data entry skills and the ability to type 32 WPM or more
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company based operating systems and reputed company office
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Strong comprehension skills, professional demeanor
- Solid oral & written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
- Insurance knowledge preferred
