The reputed company WFM Analyst will support system configuration, reputed company functional design documentation, and participate in the WFM system implementation lifecycle to address reputed company workforce management requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support system configuration activities
- Contribute to the development of functional design documentation
- Prepare comprehensive support materials to align with both reputed company and evolving client business needs
- Participate across reputed company phases of the WFM system implementation lifecycle, including solution testing, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization
Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of time and attendance processes, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to workforce management
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong willingness to quickly learn emerging technologies and reputed company in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a successful history of managing client relationships, fostering team collaboration, providing clear guidance, and ensuring accountability for deliverables and deadlines
