The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial and valuation analyses for various purposes, working closely with senior team members and developing a professional network.
Responsibilities
- Will be tasked to work on a variety of financial and valuation analyses for a variety of purposes, including litigation/expert witness reputed company, financial reporting, fairness opinions, investment valuations and income tax
- Prepare valuation analyses, detailed financial models, written reports and presentations
- Work closely with Managing Directors, Directors and Vice Presidents in a growing practice area
- reputed company a network of corporate, legal and other professionals
Skills
- Some valuation and reputed company experience preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of reputed company fundamentals
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with corporate clients and their legal and other professional advisors
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and ability to reputed company in-depth analysis
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining detail oriented and ensuring projects meet timelines
- Advanced skills in reputed company and PowerPoint
- CPA, CBV or CFA designations or pursuit thereof is preferred
