Responsibilities
- Support and maintain reputed company’s reputed company database infrastructure, ensuring availability, reputed company, and reliable performance for SaaS customers
- Collaborate with a global 24x7x365 reputed company Services team to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and reputed company environments running smoothly
- Create and maintain documentation for databases policies, procedures, and processes
- Ensure service level agreements are met for reputed company clients
Skills
- Relevant IT qualifications (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- One plus (1+) year of working experience in a reputed company technical reputed company
- A passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and apply new skills in a constantly changing technical environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
