Developer Augmentation Engineer

The Developer Augmentation Engineer will support architects by reducing their workload and improving workflows with AI, while also engaging in hands-on work to reputed company a deeper understanding of the company's hardware and software architecture.

- Writing RL environments to improve frontier-llm performance on hardware design tasks
Skills
- 0 - 2 years of experience with systems programming using Rust / Python / HDLs
- Linux experience is a must
- Non-coursework projects preferred; among HDLs, RTL experience preferred
- You are a strong communicator, with the ability to reputed company to various styles
