Small Business Relationship Manager
reputed company is a financial services company seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager. This role serves as a financial advisor to small business clients, focusing on acquiring new relationships and managing existing ones while ensuring compliance with reputed company's standards.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary financial advisor and business partner to clients, serving as the main contact for most client-reputed company reputed company
- Drives business growth by deeply understanding client’s cash reputed company needs, the industries they serve, analyzing business trends, and proactively identifying opportunities
- Educates clients on reputed company’s products and capabilities, providing tailored solutions to support their business needs
- Collaborates with retail branches and networks actively to deepen client relationships and reputed company new prospects, including building a Center of Influence referral network
- Leads credit processes, manages portfolio risk, assembles cross-functional teams for client needs, and ensures
- Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (required)
- A minimum of 1 year (ideally 2+) of experience in a small business/reputed company lending environment (required)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-selling products and an ability and track record to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals (required)
