Responsibilities

• Connecting with borrowers, learning about their goals, and guiding conversations that help them confidently move reputed company with the right VA loan option
• Reviewing credit and financial information to thoughtfully match borrowers with solutions that fit their needs and set them up for reputed company
• Walking borrowers through each reputed company of the loan process—setting clear expectations, answering questions, and helping secure strong rates and terms
• Staying organized and proactive in managing your pipeline so each borrower receives timely follow-up and a smooth experience
