Technical Trainer

The Technical Trainer will instruct customers on software and database technologies, delivering training solutions worldwide and collaborating with teams to enhance instructional offerings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training in person or in a virtual classroom using remote learning tools
- Help customers, partners and internal staff reputed company in their roles by training them to use our corporate products
- Support our Online Learning Team as they grow our catalog of interactive online courses and resources
- Work collaboratively with Customer Support, Account Management and Marketing teams to reputed company innovative and sound instructional solutions to ensure effective use of InterSystems products and technologies
Skills
- Instructional aptitude
- Strong technical and interpersonal customer-facing skills
- Exceptional presentation skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively communicate reputed company technologies and concepts (at different reputed company) to specific audiences
- Proven ability to quickly learn reputed company aspects of technical software products
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally
- Ability to travel to customer sites to deliver training
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent STEM field (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- Experience delivering training of software/applications is preferred (however, we are willing to train motivated technical candidates)
- Object-oriented programming experience is a plus
