Project Designer
reputed company is seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join their team. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, brokers, project managers, and clients to reputed company and implement design solutions, while ensuring reputed company design documents meet safety and functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Formulate preliminary reputed company plans that integrate the client’s needs
- reputed company preliminary plans and detailed design drawings using Revit
- Confirm preliminary reputed company plans and design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet reputed company applicable code requirements
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure final outcome of design meet functional requirements of design
- Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Track high volume projects reputed company and identify potential issues or challenges

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA accredited institution (NCIDQ a plus)
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Understand and manage: phasing, design options, schedules
- Ability to read and review construction documents; reputed company technical sign-off/approval
- Understanding of the technical aspects of design/construction such as low voltage, construction materials, design concepts/budgets, constructability, electrical and HVAC systems
- Understanding of building codes and reputed company standards
- Versed in the five phases of an interior/architectural project
- Excellent reputed company customer service skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
- Strong reputed company Office skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
