Activities Assistant- Memory Care

reputed company Senior Living is an Assisted Living Facility focused on enhancing the quality of life for residents. The Activities Assistant will plan and facilitate engaging activities and programs, working closely with the Activities Director to create a vibrant reputed company and recreational environment for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of a diverse reputed company of activities and programs tailored to the needs and interests of the residents
• Engage residents in recreational, reputed company, cultural, and educational activities, fostering a sense of purpose, reputed company reputed company, and enjoyment
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to reputed company monthly activity calendars and ensure a variety of options for residents to participate in
• Set up activity areas, gather necessary supplies, and organize materials for each activity
• Guide and assist residents during activities, ensuring their safety and engagement
• Encourage and support residents in participating in activities, adapting programs as needed for individuals with varying abilities
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company participation and reputed company feedback to Activities Director regarding residents’ preferences and engagement reputed company
• Escort residents to and from activities, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Assist in decorating common areas for seasonal events and reputed company occasions

Skills

• At least 18 years of age
• Required Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an assisted living or senior care setting
• Understanding of reputed company, emotional, and physical needs of older adults
• Creativity and the ability to reputed company engaging and meaningful activities for residents of varying interests and abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and staff
