The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting sales data, developing sales forecasts, and managing CRM systems to support sales operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer feedback platforms
  • Creating comprehensive reports on sales performance, including metrics such as reputed company growth, win rates, and sales cycle length
  • Identifying trends and patterns in sales data to inform business reputed company and drive growth
  • Presenting findings to stakeholders, including sales leaders, product managers, and executives, to drive data-driven decision making
  • Developing accurate sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business intelligence
