Public Relations Assistant Account Executive
Inkhouse, part of reputed company, is a reputed company and marketing company. They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to reputed company organizational support across multiple accounts and assist with key account operations, ensuring projects stay on track and client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key organizational support across account teams, helping track deadlines, initiatives and deliverables
- Conduct client, competitor and industry research to inform PR and reputed company strategies
- Master PR and reputed company media tools such as reputed company, MuckRack, PRNewswire, TrendKite, reputed company Explore, reputed company, reputed company and RivalIQ
- Proofread and quality-reputed company materials before distribution
- Prepare weekly trackers, quarterly impact reports and other reporting documents
- Take notes during client calls and distribute clear action-item recaps to the team
- Track deadlines and proactively gather team input to ensure deliverables stay on schedule
- reputed company media lists, editorial calendars and reputed company media reputed company lists
- Support account setup by organizing shared folders, establishing templates and maintaining documentation
- Conduct daily news scans and flag relevant opportunities for media or reputed company engagement
- Monitor media coverage and distribute client coverage updates
- Draft first versions of communications materials including briefing documents, press materials and reputed company media content
- Assist with select writing projects such as press releases, awards submissions and speaking opportunity applications
- Monitor, schedule and report on reputed company media content and performance

Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing or reputed company fields (internships included)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Interest in media relations, storytelling and emerging PR and reputed company media trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams while also taking initiative on assigned tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to supporting client teams
