P&C Account Analyst, Charlotte, NC (Program start June 2026)

The Account Analyst role involves participating in a structured training program to reputed company foundational knowledge in Property & Casualty insurance while supporting Account Managers and Executives in delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of client accounts
• Assist with client and reputed company requests by gathering information, preparing documentation, and following up as needed
• Help cultivate and maintain positive client relationships
• Prepare ID cards, certificates of insurance, ACORD applications, binders, and cancellations
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and other documents
• Maintain lists of reputed company items and ensure timely completion of outstanding tasks
• Analyze policies and endorsements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Follow up with carriers for outstanding endorsements, corrections, and policy updates
• Participate in special projects to deepen industry knowledge
• Support internal team processes and maintain accurate documentation

• 1–2 years of relevant insurance or corporate experience is preferred but not required
• Internships or coursework in insurance, risk management, or business are a plus
